These Mochikichi rice crackers sound pretty tasty. Where can I buy them?

Mochikichi rice crackers, and other Mochikichi goods, can purchased through any of the Mochikichi retail stores, by catalog mail order, or via the Mochikichi on-line shop. Unfortunately, at the present time Mochikichi retail stores can be found only in Japan, and due to the complicated nature of international shipping (customs restrictions, variable shipping costs, etc.) we are unable to ship to locations outside of Japan (we are working hard on our end to fix this, however). So essentially, for the time being you can purchase or order Mochikichi goods only if you are in Japan.

If you live outside of Japan and have enjoyed eating, or are interested in purchasing our rice crackers, please let us know! Your letters and feedback help us decide which area(s) of the world we should focus our attention on as far as offering overseas purchasing and shipping.

I live outside of Japan and a Japanese friend gave me some of your crackers. I really enjoyed them. Is it really true that I can't get your crackers if I am not in Japan?

Regrettably, at this time it is not possible to purchase Mochikichi rice crackers outside of Japan. In order to obtain Mochikichi rice crackers you will need to either come to Japan, have somebody in Japan bring the rice crackers back to you, or have somebody in Japan purchase and then ship the rice crackers to you (this last "option" is actually fairly common).

Again, we apologize for this inconvenience. Be assured that we are working hard to amend the situation.

If you live outside of Japan and have tasted and enjoyed our rice crackers, please let us know. We'd really love to hear from you!

Okay, I'm in Japan now. How do I get to a Mochikichi store?

Presently, there are over 160 Mochikichi shops located at various places around Japan. There is a handy--but mostly in Japanese--shop finder located at the Japanese Mochikichi website. We are looking to start work on a 100% English version of the Mochikichi shop finder sometime in the near future.

I'm in Japan, but can't travel to a Mochikichi store right now. Can I have Mochikichi goods delivered to a specific mailing address, like a hotel?

You most certainly can! On occasion, we have had customers requesting to send Mochikichi goods directly to their hotel rooms. Mail orders can conveniently be made through our Japanese on-line shop or by using our toll-free dial: 0120-12-6311

Please keep in mind that at this time the on-line shop exists only in the Japanese language--there is no English language on-line shop available right now. In addition, presently our call center staff are not well equipped to handle English language orders.

If you wish to place an order on-line or by phone and you can't speak or understand Japanese, we strongly, strongly advise you to have a Japanese speaking friend place the order for you.

Again, just as a reminder, we only ship to locations inside Japan at this time!

I am a vegetarian and do not consume liquor. Please advise if your crackers are suitable for vegetarians and if they contain any liquor.

Presently, all of our main rice crackers products contain either natural chicken or pork flavorings. So unfortunately, at this time none of our main rice cracker products are suitable for consumption by vegetarians.

As far as liquor, one of our products, "Chu-Chu Bonbon," contains a copious amount of shochu at the center. The Chu-Chu Bon Bon is not actually a rice cracker, but a seasonal chocolate bonbon that we make once a year before Saint Valentines Day.
